NGO "Irig - My Town" is a Serbian national organization, founded in January 2011. We are working in the field of modern techniques of social communication in society using various methods of education (formal, non-formal and informal) 

The objectives of the Association are: 

• To develop and promote scientific and technical research; through a variety of programs and education facilities; 
• To raise the level of professional competence in different occupational groups in different sectors and segments of society; 
• To contribute to the democratization of social processes, application methods and programs that encourage the development of tolerance and respect for diversity, non-violent communication, equality, ethical standards of conduct; 
• Inclusion of marginalized groups in all social processes and activities: 
• Creating and implementing a series of projects that contribute to the development of civil society and democratic attitude of the society; 
• Development and implementation of various professional training oriented to the development of civil society, culture, dialogue and democracy in society, collecting and analyzing scientific and professional literature in the field of social communication.

The purpose of the NGO Irig moj grad is to support the development sectors: economic, social, environmental protection in the region; prepare and implement local and other development programs and projects; support local entrepreneurship and form contemporary economic structure; provide domestic and international funding of projects; be helpful, and useful agency, all participants in the region and assist regional and rural development.
