Conference with regional NSZ offices, line ministries, agencies and offices
The Conference with regional NSZ offices, line ministries, agencies and offices – “Speak Up 4 Your Job” was held on 24. July 2019 in Niš, at the Think Innovative coworking space.
The project was presented by Aleksandar Ristin, Project Manager, who emphasized the significance of the planned activities, as well as the implications they will have on youth employability.
Two panel discussions were held simultaneously: one was called “How to get employed on 4.0 market?”, and the panellists were the representatives of National Employment Service, Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Philip Morris (HR Officer), who discussed the skills needed for employment on the modern labour market. The other panel was called: “Contribution of hubs to youth employment”, and the panellists were the founders of hubs in Niš: Milan Petrović from UNBOX, Nenad Stojanović from Deli Coworking Space, Jugoslav Stanković from Think Innovative Coworking Space in Niš, Dragana Petković from GIZ.
After the panels, Mladen Ćirić, PhD in Linguistics and Administrator of Polyglot Club Serbia, spoke about the importance of boosting language exchange platforms for youth employability and mobility in Western Balkans.
In the evening, the participants of the Conference attended a cocktail and movie projection - Education 4.0, presented to them by Connecting - Organization for Career Development and Youth Entrepreneurship.
